This is probably the best Chinese food in Cleveland even though I have to visit some other Chinese restaurants in Cleveland.

All the servers are polite and the food is diner fare but prepared better than average with good prices.

Ruby Tuesday is my first favorite restaurant! The branch I used to go to & still does was walking distance from the apartment complex I used to live.
