When we played, the greens were still recovering fro... read more Muirfield is an excellent golf course. The greens are spacious, and the fairways are quite well-maintained. When we played, the greens were still recovering from winter coring, but they provided a very consistent roll across the board. Despite the dry conditions, the greens were remarkably lush. The course features two lengthy par 4s along with a few shorter ones. Overall, it presents a significant challenge, making it well worth a visit. As others have mentioned, the clubhouse is outstanding, and the view overlooking the 16th and 18th greens is stunning. I played again on July 1st, and both the course and the greens are in excellent condition.
