I opted for turkey, pepper jack cheese, and all the veggies (except for avocado, which was an additional charge), and I absolutely loved it! The meat was warm, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the vegetables were added just before serving, making them fresh and crisp. I've never had an omelet prepared quite like this, but I found it delicious and might start making mine at home in a similar way.
