We enjoyed our meal at this restaurant with a good selection of Cypriot dishes. What made it even better was the unexpected gift of figs at the end of our meal. It was a lovely touch that added to our dining experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a taste of Cypriot cuisine and are very hungry after day of swimming. When your local place to eat is Zygi you can tire of the standard diet of fish, however delicious it is. So, I was pleased to find this taverna, that I’d never noticed before, up an unassuming side street. The terrace is nothing to write home about, it’s situated opposite a housing estate, but don’t let that put you off, it’s a nice place to sit and the food is delicious. Simple grill menu with some traditional dishes. My pork souvlaki was tender and perfectly cooked with just a hint of the taste of the grill, unlike most places on the island that overcook it. The salad was fresh and delicious and the chips were some of the best I’ve eaten. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
