Central Slovakia is all about cheese and traditional pork meal, so I am super excited when I choose a place like this vegan meal, which I don't have to change I chose the vegan beet and cheekier and while it wasn't bad it was very dry. they were from extra soyanaise, so I decided to take the ananas chili dip and poured it over the burger. it had a nice smoky taste to him and I liked that she served it with veggie and I especially liked that they not only sweet kartoffels (because I don't like them very much) but also carrots and celery we also tried the daily suppe, which also made vegan a veganized version of koprowka with kartoffels, cream and dill. the staff was super nice and friendly!

First we had problems to find the restaurant as on google they have old address. but this is a banality in comparison to the bistro itself! atmosphere is amazing, modern but cozy and quiet, nice to lunch and for a afternoon coffee. the personal is beautiful and the choice of vegan options is quite large. the food we ordered was really delicious and for amazing price as well as coffee. Even I would say that I did not eat a better vegan burger in my life. In summary, I would give freshline bistro 5 stars if it was possible, as I am truly grateful to find the restaurant. I recommend it very much!

I've been here a few times. for lunch with my mother and it was delicious, we had marinated tofu in sweet sauce (svieckowa) with steamed brot (knedlik). the only part is the price as they pay per gramm of their part, so pay attention to how much they are on their teller. on the other side they have a large selection of bulky, I always buy dried fruits, oats, kicherbsen etc. from them for a good price (minus of plastic yaaay). recommend this place anyway

I decided to try the vegan beet and chickpea burger, which was a bit dry. I added some pineapple chili dip for extra flavor, which gave it a nice smoky taste. The side of veggies included carrots and celery roots, in addition to the usual sweet potatoes. We also sampled the daily soup, a vegan version of Koprovka with potatoes, cream, and dill. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We initially had difficulty locating the restaurant due to an outdated address on Google. However, this minor issue pales in comparison to the excellence of the Bistro itself! The atmosphere is stunning - a blend of modernity and coziness, perfect for both lunch and afternoon coffee. The staff is lovely, and the variety of vegan options is impressive. The food we tried was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced, as was the coffee. I can confidently say that I have never had a better vegan burger in my life. In conclusion, if possible, I would give FreshLine Bistro 5 stars as I am truly grateful to have discovered this gem. I highly recommend it!
