What Britta Adam likes about Restaurant Rössli:
Tucked away off the beaten track in Zuzwil, St Gallen, this special restaurant is worth the effort.Being local makes it typically Swiss in terms of the cuisine, wines and digestifs. One can't help choosing a starter (steak tartar in my case) as well as a typically Swiss main course, Cordon Bleu.A range of local digestifs are available (Apenzeller in my case). Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Nice light breakfast included. No real lobby, keys are by entry door upon arrival and we settled payment at breakfast.
