As most have noted, the setting in the former stall is very nice. Unfortunately that was the best part. Our food came very quickly which was a bit of a red flag. Each dish seemed to have been composed of prepared elements and then reheated....My roesti was still cold and the potatoes were not bound together as with good traditional roesti. In the 15th century it was a stable. Now redone in restaurant de charme. The speciality grigionesi are carrot and ginger soup. Zuppa di fieno hoy soup), spaetzle with cabbage and rosted bacon. I caponetti are spinach gnocchi grating with melted cheese. Engadine deer...sausage is delicious. As well escalope di capriolo with cassis sauce and butter handmade.
Excellent service. Quality food and wine. Tipical swiss romantic ancient atmosphere in an old renovated farmers barn. Staff so friendly.
The restaurant is located in one of the oldest houses of the place. great, only therefore worth a visit. and eating as well as the wine offer are also highly recommended.
We have admired this historic house with the different original rooms and also eaten well.The recommended day saltimbocca and the allies were well cooked. the table decoration with fresh flowers seemed inviting. the service was friendly and correct. the prices are however at the upper limit.We were duly approved and would come back.
The restaurant is beautifully furnished rustic. eating is moderate and expensive. also the service reaches only medium size. pity for the beautiful local.
