We didn't notice the change of cook. the service is always very attentive, the staff is kind and courteous. we ate the raclette in the room upstairs, it was good and created a beautiful festive atmosphere. View all feedback.

We were also in the clearer this year with the family at dinner. the classic restaurant is located in the middle of the beautiful engadiner place zuoz. the service is very good, the menu is sufficiently large, here everyone finds its favourite dish. the prices are Engadin-like expensive, but the quality is also top. we'll be back.
We spent a night in this hotel. The hotel is in accordance with the requested rate. The restoration (we had taken pizokels) is good but without relief. The wines are correct.
I joined friends for dinner last night at the Klarer and we had the small provate room on the first floor. We had 4 kids with us and we were 7 adults. We were served really well and the kids spent most of the time in the playroom that is on a floor above, which made the adults really happy and relaxed! Kids ate most of their quite huge meal (good portions) and all the adults were happy with their food. I had the raclette and regretted my choice. It was not bad but not how I like it. My first one was served so early it was cold by the time I had it. It was also vet thin. I had a second which was better as it was nice a bubbly but still very thin. At 25 CHF a pop not really worth it. But one of my friends had the tartare which looked amazing and most of the others had deer and loved it so I guess it was my poor choice. I wanted the fondue originally but no one else was having it so I felt shy to stink up the room with cheese!I want to come again and try the fondue chinoise or the chateaubriand. The food is really good quality and fresh. You can see it.Service kind and attentive. Zuoz is a lovely place to go with family. To be repeated
