We had a lovely lunch experience today. A big thank you to the amazing Emily and her wonderful staff for making our family visit so enjoyable. She went above and beyond to accommodate our son's multiple allergies. Everything we were served was delicious. Thank you, Emily and team! We highly recommend this place! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Bell Inn:
Visited a few weeks ago for a meal. Waited over an hour before we even got our starters, other customers came and ate and left before we got served. Finally got told they were a chef down but not really a good enough excuse as they shouldn't have taken so many tables if they couldn't cope. My chicken bake pie thing was I'm sure made using sandwich chicken meat, the lettuce on all the salads was chopped up and left in... View all feedback.
Just had our best meal out for a long time. Very varied menu, delicious food, lovely staff and they allow dogs!
How could you better a restaurant with a view like this! The food also was pretty good at reasonable prices. I'll definitely return as will my friend who lives locally.
Family friendly pub, beer garden next to a big climbing frame but separated enough to still be quiet. Dogs welcome. Good undercover outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Hearty traditional pub grub and a very good steak.
Great food in a bit of a dated environment. It has everything a good pub needs, like an outside area, plenty of parking, WiFi, dog friendly. The place looks and feels worn out, so the environment isn't that nice. The menus look like someone typed them out in Microsoft Word in 10 minutes. The food is really good though, and the staff are great. The steak with pepper sauce was fantastic and there was loads on the plate. The desserts are really nicely presented. Not the cheapest place around but it's a fair price for food this good.
Very reasonable menu prices. Good food. Attentive staff.
