It fills up with family members of all ages, when they get off work, because the tapas and wine are delicious and inexpensive, and the young owner,...Igor, who speaks English, is one of their neighbors. To celebrate our being the only foreign tourists around, Igor saved a freshly-caught tuna and prepared it for us, along with one of their huge, super-flavorful tomatoes. It’s easy to see why Basque restaurants rank among the world’s best… the flavors are out-of-this-world!
