Normally I don't really like hotel restaurants that much they dort of all look alike now the restaurant at the park hotel in Zug is no exception just looks like one of these boring hotel restaurants but I probably had one of...the best Cesar salads I had in a long time... Ambiance is still typical hotel restaurant but nice service and great good View all feedback.

Unfortunately, the Plaza is no longer what it used to be. You wait a long time for drinks (20' for a beer and a cocktail) and the service staff doesn't understand German. Really shockingly poor and unprofessional service. Service staff constantly chatting and standing around, even though we had wanted to order for a long time, totally inattentive! It was really difficult. Open hair and long fingernails were also very questionable in terms of hygiene (a gentleman had to open a bottle of champagne himself because the employee's nails were too long? In terms of taste, the food was very tasty, but overall a very bad experience, a lot of room for improvement. Also, half of the menu was unavailable on a Saturday evening?
Very good food! The presentation of cocktails is just incredibly beautiful!!! The service was very attentive. Heart recommendation!
