I had my wedding party here. The place is perfect for the party. We have 36 guests with karaoke and seats for singing, playing and hiking. (This place was set for 60 guests. What Raffaella doesn't like about Waldhaus-Katzensee:
Went there with 2 children and were ignored for 30 minutes. All the other guests around us were served three times during this time. When I said “sorry” again, the waiter yelled at me that he was stressed. Full house and few employees. Complaints were also not taken seriously. Unfortunately no longer recommended. Behind the restaurant is cat lake, the lake.

Sad!! I have known this restaurant with the formerly well-kept outdoor area and the large playground since my childhood. Now it's totally run down!! Unkept outdoor area with overflowing trash cans and rickety furniture. Even the menu is so sticky that you're reluctant to touch it. In addition, the prices are exorbitant and the The service staff can hardly speak any German. The food is bland and not fresh! My “salad” was a disgrace! Just a shame!!!!
Service was nice but very slow. Very practical with children, as there is a garden railway and a playground next door.
