We had a friendly greeting on arrival and a lovely young man called Sean looked after us all evening with our orders and teaching us some German. Food was great, service was great. It’s expensive but Switzerland is so if you want to appreciate this beautiful country you have to be prepared to spend. Highly recommend this restaurant and Sean is an asset to you. I received a burnt cordon bleu, told the waiter about this, but decided not to try a new dish because it had completely lost my appetite. I asked if I would be given a discount since I had barely touched my food. I was offered 1 of my two drinks... I was allowed to pay the full price of my meal and 1 drink.
Years ago you entered the restaurant as a stranger, today you leave as a good colleague. All the people I have taken with me over the years are also enthusiastic; The welcome/service is extremely attentive and friendly and positive. The menu is delicate and very balanced. The whole team acts very quickly and dynamically without betraying their warmth. I want to celebrate my 50th there as a 'closed society ' o/ I can only wholeheartedly recommend this LOCAL in District 5 to everyone, be it inside or on the cozy outdoor terrace or the fondue parlor in winter! *what more do you want*
Quality is always very good great service! It's a pleasure
Lunch time really slow service near 1/2 hr for a pizza while our colleagues had nearly finished their burgers . Although we ordered a burger without cheese it did come with it (I think extra charge for cheese) Burger on the smallish size and for 28 chf would expect bigger Fries were ok but served small basket . No mustard or ketchup offered a small portion of mayonnaise. Pizza was ok but had only salami on it. There was no Coca Cola only a local brand Overall compared to other similar locations overpriced and slow service Used to be better quality
