The man who is present is completely unfriendly and arrogant, and after a bad service he even dares to ask for tips. Last but not least we drank water, but he accused us of iced tea, which costs 40% more than the water. Since the restaurant is very close to our office, he lost three recurring customers (and work lunch with customers).
