We ate during a salsa dance training which was quite original and pleasant. I had a very good time and the service was excellent.

I stopped in at Loft One to have a quick lunch beverage. The hours on the door stated they were open and I walked inside, but the place was totally empty. I saw... read more I stopped in at Loft One to have a quick lunch beverage. The hours on the door stated they were open and I walked inside, but the place was totally empty. I saw some tools on the bar and someone came from the back when I inquired if they were open. This person stated yes, and then called a female that came to the bar to take my order.They had two beers on tap and I ordered a small beer from the tap. The female bartender rinsed my glass, played with the tap and then reached down and grabbed a bottle beer, quickly glancing at me without saying a word, popped open the bottle and was about to pour. I stated once again, that I wanted a beer from the tap. She stated that the tap was out or empty. How is it that you decide to change what I had specifically ordered without at the very least having the courtesy of informing me that the tap is currently not available when I am standing right in front of you and watching what you are doing? I refused the beverage and walked out of the place.Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful and I see now, that with this attitude, why the place has limited customers (as also noted by another reviewer). I will never return to your restaurant, others beware!
