Beautiful caffe with beautiful waiter. the portions were generous and the quality of the touch and croissant was good. best breakfast place in the neighbourhood.

Nice little restaurant. Very creative and tasty food, freindly staff.. and decent prices.. a place you want to go back to and try all dishes on their menu.

Gloria must have had better times. Interior and style feels '80s . Service is quick for terasse but the beer is not really cold. Prices typical for Zurich ( way too high ) and the wooden seating etc outside was not really comfortable. Inside shaby chic - probably still original '80s.Overall convenient. Parking available. Diverse crowd. Not good but fine for a quick drink and talk after work.

Eating was good, quick operation. entertaining in the restaurant is a bit difficult as it is a bit too loud.

I stopped in at Gloria for an early morning beverage. The gentleman at the bar was very nice during my visit. They offered soy milk, so I opted for the soy milk hot chocolate (5CHF,) which was very good. I can’t really say what else was on the menu as I did not see one around anywhere. I was really surprised how quiet the place was just after opening hours. The place offers lots of natural lighting in from all of the circular windows and soft music playing in the background contributing to the relaxed atmosphere. There are newspapers, magazines, local flyers, full bar, clean restrooms a book exchange and definitely a good place to bring your laptop to work on projects as they offer free secured Wi-Fi. Grab a seat at one of the tables (or the comfy sofa in the corner) and enjoy. I was pleased with my visit, but I would suggest they place menus on the table.
