My wife and I went to Adler in Rorbas for a quick date dinner. When I grew up in Rorbas, I was already in Adler, but it was years ago, so I liked to go again. Although the old rustic house was large and we did not immediately find the dining room, our experience in Adler was amazing. While the whole menu resembles a classic Western European cuisine with some local specialties, there was nothing to criticize negative about our meal: Our asparagus soup and our green salad with homemade dressig were rich and delicious. Our main dishes — jagged calf livers with roast and Wiener Schnitzel with French french fries — were perfect. In fact, I did not eat any carvings, the meat was so tender and the bread was wonderful in a long time! Together with attentive and friendly service, this led to an impeccable experience. Introduced by my sister who lives in the same village, this restaurant serves excellent Swiss traditional dishes. With a mouth-watering menu and excellent wines make it a very popular restaurant in the area.
