Vergesslichkeit bei einem fast leeren Kaffee - das ist sehr schade und dann noch schnippisch reagiert - so macht man sich keinen guten Ruf!

Das Cafe war sehr... read more Wir waren seit Jahren Stammgäste, jedoch bei den letzten Besuchen mehrmals enttäuscht worden.Die Bedienung wirkt sehr unmotiviert und langsam. Das Cafe war sehr spärlich besetzt jedoch mussten wir sehr lange auf unsere Bestellung warten. Auch wirkt die Bedienung auf uns sehr unfreundlich schon fast launisch. Auch bei der Bestellung eines Toasts fehlte einen Komponent, und als wir die Bedienung darauf aufmerksam machten, wurden wir dazu angeregt, dass dies nicht so sei, obwohl seit Jahren dies der Fall war.Schade um das Cafe, jedoch empfehle ich dies nicht mehr weiter.

Die Kaffeeproduktie (Cappuchino, Latte Macchiato, Espresso, etc) sind ausgezeichnet, die kleinen Speisen wie Piadine ebenfalls.

Caffe Handelshof is a beautiful café on a lively section of Urania Street with a lot of negligent traffic. You have table tables, but this would not be my first... read more Caffe Handelshof is a beautiful café on a lively section of Urania Street with a lot of negligent traffic. You have table tables, but this would not be my first choice of seats due to traffic. Inside there are small round tables and padded seats as well as large tables and padded chairs. The young lady who worked behind the counter was very nice when she came to my table with a big good morning smile to take my order. I ordered a hot chocolate (5CHF) that came with a small glass of water and a piece of chocolate. The hot chocolate was very good and warmed my body on a cool morning. On the menu there are also sandwiches, snacks, piadina, toast, salads, breads, pastries, yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, hot/cold drinks, cocktails and much more. They have many newspapers and magazines for guests and a wall-mounted TV in the background.
