Went for a simple dinner after work with a colleague.Had a steak; asked for it Medium; it came Blue. I eat a lot of steak in many places around the world and the definitions don't vary that much. The centre was cold and raw, outside seared. No real ambience, no music, just a large room with spread out tables.Service was nice and friendly. They tried hard but I would not go back.

I have already been to Café Boy a few times and always enjoys the nice service with a lot of diversity and knowledge about wine. The food is good but tends to be a little bit pricey (but this is Zurich). The atmosphere is nice, quiet and with enough room around the tables to spend a nice moment with friends!

Been there a few days ago for a dinner with a visitor from overseas and once again the food and service did not disappoint. They could up their craft beer game a little, but then again the wine selection and recommendations are solid. We had a mix of dishes and everyone was extremely pleased and happy when we left. I never had a bad experience at Cafe Boy and would recommend any time.

When reading the name of restaurant one wouldn't expect a fine dinning. Great place, great meals, great people, great ..... enjoy!

I have been here a few times for business lunches and I keep finding my way back. Cafe Boy has traditional Swiss cooking but puts a real fresh twist on it. All the ingredients have a fresh taste to it and it really comes through in the cooking. It really feels like home cooking. The staff also go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great for work lunches during the day, but also with friends at night. It definitely makes sense to reserve as seats fill up quickly. There is no direct parking at the restaurant, but there is street parking nearby. However, it’s only a three minute walk from Lochergut which you can reach by tram.
