I have been several times at Sushi Shin, and I was never disappointed. The omakase diner is always superb and includes a variety of hot and cold dishes, including some sushis. The ingredients are top notch, and believe me, I know how difficult it is to source these in Europe. The quality is simply at par with what one can find in the best places in Japan. The service was really bad! I feel sorry for the chef who served us amazing food. The waiter/owner ruined the whole experience. We do not recommend, especially for that price.
Very fine sushi and tempera cuisine. Japanese chefs who know their craft. The aromatic sake is highly recommended.
Fantastic Japanese food run by s fantastic owner! We will be back.
A wow quality of food. Expensive but worth every penny if you have them.
