What Yasmine Dardel doesn't like about Starbucks:
I have been a regular customer in various branches since 2014. The renovated Starbucks in Zurich looks great, but I was seriously disappointed. As a regular customer, I have free syrup with my customer card and when I wanted to order a Tall Latte with White Moccha, as always, I was refused with the statement that even without cream I now have to pay for a Tall White Moccha and won't get any free syrup. The service is friendly. There are no long waits. The prices are the same as in all other Starbucks stores. The interior of the store is classy and has a relaxing atmosphere.

Coffee and cake are standard Starbucks quality. But you can't sit upstairs because there are people sitting there with cell phones and laptops for hours! Terrible!
Lovely little Starbucks. Fantastic customer service. Very expensive compared to London UK.
It’s spacious and a good working place with wifi and nice interior design! But the bathroom can be improved.
