The best sandwich in the city, very good quality

Had a really good sandwich here. Pleasantly different than what I had tried before.

Very good sandwiches, you can add as many fresh ingredients as you want. We come by regularly.

Rosita offers a choice of 2 3 types of bread, which she fills with anything you choose from her packed glass display of goodies. Various meats, a broad range of vegetables, pickles and cheeses (Rosita is from Portugal, so the offering includes Bifana pork and a couple of Portuguese cheeses). A couple of sauces one of which is made of chilli to round it off if you want, and then it goes into a hot sandwich press until the outside is crisp, the contents warm and the cheese oozing. Bring a big appetite, as these are not small. The queue that invariably forms outside the shop at lunchtimes is further evidence of how good and fairly priced the food is here. Can most warmly recommend this place.

Small place. Character. Great sandwiches and for Zurich, a great price. 2 sandwiches, warmed with cheese and meats cut right there with salads, peppers. And sauce. Well worth it.
