Hitzberger - Zuerich

Coke was warm, pulled beef sandwich did not have any beef in it at all, salad was packed in paper bag without fork, bread roll not fresh but dry, quite disapointing the hitzbeeger experience

This is basically a fast food place with sandwiches, salads, juices and coffee. The worst place to go if you are in a hurry (mornings). Many people work here however, the service is so incredibly slow. When you open a joint in a train station you must understand that time is of the essence. I don't go there anymore because I won't wait 10min for a coffee in the morning.

One of the nicest restaurants I ever encountered. We were in Zurich connecting trains and needed some sandwiches and coffee and the restaurant was the answer. Very delicious food in a very needed time.

The coffee was ok, the service was nice, but I absolutely didn 't like the Tiramisu (that 's what it was actually called) without mascarpone and without alcohol and had no similar taste to a real Tiramisu. It 's a wonder that there hasn 't been a protest note from the Italian diplomatic mission.

I get a takeaway coffee every morning and am always happy about the super friendly staff, who are very friendly despite the hectic pace. : and: best coffee!!
