The bowling machine was not working properly, and we had to spend time fixing it. It should be noted that the current Manager (a short, older man) is arrogant and disrespectful to customers. I will admit that we made a mistake by paying for all of us to play, but the number of shots remained the same. We owned up to our error, but the manager caused a scene and spoke to us rudely. To make matters worse, he even involved a guard and kept a close eye on us, which made the situation embarrassing. As the manager, he should have handled the situation more tactfully. I was very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

T... read more As far as I know, this is the only bowling alley in Sri Lanka. Excel World used to be famous for their game zone, but now they are focusing solely on bowling. They have renovated their food courts into a nice and cozy restaurant. I am not sure about the prices as I attended a corporate event there. It is a great place to host corporate events as they offer good packages and services. The food is delicious. They charge Rs. per person for bowling. Sometimes the entire bowling area is reserved for corporate customers, so it's best to check with them before visiting.
