What Ste Wei doesn't like about Pan Y Chocolate:
After coming for the second time, I have to went some air. The coffees are okay but prepared way too hot. Two times they sat us on those tiny tables while at least 8 other regular tables weren’t occupied. The prices are way too high for those tiny portions. Even for the ridiculous here. The quality of food was good. Opening hours are set at 8am (Google) but of course they open at 6.30am. How hard can it be to change... View all feedback.

Puzzling! There's no one else and it still takes 20 minutes to get a cappuccino that's below average at best. The chocolate cake was dry and tasteless.... It has probably spent some time on that shelf. The place seems so nice from outside..put some effort! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
