This Burger King is located in the shopping and entertainment complex Tarelka in the city of Zlatoust. The service at this cafe is very quick. The waitstaff and cashiers are fast, responsive, and very polite. Customer service is handled promptly and efficiently.

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. We took our cups at 2:44 PM and returned at 4:02 PM to exchange them because the bottoms were falling out. The staff checked the time three times, and in the end, they just took the cups away and threw them in the trash. We waited for about five minutes, hoping for some kind of response, but all we heard was "just let them sit there." It was awful. Service: Dine in.

We waited a long time, 30 minutes for our order! This was because the interns couldn't manage to cook the shrimp. The service was simply terrible, and the administrator was rude.

The taste may vary, but the food is always fresh and served quickly.
