Carolina Grill Tap Room - Zionsville

This is the first time that I have ever written a bad evaluation of a restaurant. we were looking forward to the nice evening of the valentine day, but unfortunately we have remained disappointed. the environment was very impressive. we were welcomed immediately and after our reservation, which was beautiful, sitting. we were told before the arrival, abt the special menu that she served for valentine night, $100 for appetizer, 2 entree, wein and a common dessert served. we enjoyed the common appetizers... then it quickly went to the hill. waited 5/ 10 minutes until a steak knife finally arrived. - it had a sticky handle! yes. the fish was overcooked and the rice/Vaggie mixture was cold. I hated to send it back, but I couldn't eat it. the second attempt was not much better. we really wanted to enjoy our experience, but it was a farewell. we will not return.

We sat right away, even if it was a holiday. our waitress was very friendly and very attentive. everything was cheap. we're coming back!

We like to try new restaurants. This was our first time at The Carolina Grill. The food was delicious and we had great service!0

Pulling in, I thought I took a wrong turn. It’s in a neighborhood. When I pulled up, it was a pleasant surprise to see this restaurant here. Very quaint. Very yummy and gave off great vibes. There is a bar downstairs. If I hadn’t been driving, I would have checked that out. Go...it’s cool.

The service was very good. Two of us had the brisket which was tasty while two had the fish and chips which they said was very good. The only down side was the noise level as they were busy on Friday night and we had trouble hearing each other talk. It's a good location and a nice place to dine.
