Culver’s - Zion

The food is very good, but the staff in front of them has a very bad attitude, Sunday April 28 at approximately 7 pm I go to pick up my order and there are the cashiers with no more customers to serve, chatting as if they were on their break and they take a while to give me my order. order that was already ready, to make matters worse they gave me an incomplete order…

Everytime I go the food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. Favorite spot to go to in Zion!

Batting 0-3 at Culver 's! Ordered dinner for 4 on Friday during the snowfall. The food arrived home, 3 orders correct, 4th one not even close! Called them and was asked if we wanted to come back out in the snow and pick up another order! No thanks! Was then told they would put my name in a notebook and I could stop in and pick up the correct order at another time! Stopped in today and was basically treated like a thief! Was asked multiple times the exact same question, she talked over me when I tried to answer. Very rude! And she 's a MANAGER ??!! ?Unbelievable! She re-ordered the food and asked if I wanted gravy, I replied no thank you. They added it anyway!!They almost totally forgot the broccoli!! I found some in the bottom of the container! They used to be so good at fulfilling the correct order, now, 0-3! Not sure what changed, but obviously something big did?!

Favorite culver’s location Andrew is the best all the other employees are great
