I ordered from this place during the trip. I didn't read the reviews before or it would have made me happen....always, I'm glad I didn't do it! Very well done SHEETZ. MY PRE ORDER was right, hot and waited as I came through the door. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! What a wonderful place. We saved it in our Google MAPS as a stop for our beach trips from WV TO OBX. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sheetz:
Wait for food is ridiculous, while 3 employees talk, they forget that they work. I ordered a shake waiting in the car, after online ordering and payment too long. Pull to the window after other cars are gone tired waiting. Saw watching the employees go away, took forever before you came to the window asking me what my order was. Clean toilets, very fast when eating orders off, good food. Fuel is always decently expensive.
I'd give them a zero but I can't.. ordered two breakfast sandwiches. A sausage egg and cheese shmuffin with ketchup a waffle bread sausage sandwich.. the sandwich ordered with ketchup had almost none and then mine was soaked in ketchup.. who wants ketchup on waffles? I called to let them know of their mistake and whoever answered the phone, hung up on me when I told them I don't want a refund that I just want to let them know so they can work on it. I love sheetz food and this experience has me very upset.
36 minutes wait ordering food in drive through 07/16/22 at 7 pm is too long to wait for fast food mobile order. Love the food but it?s not worth waiting over half hour to get food with mobile order and parked in drive through.
Never has any product I go in for Always out and it's not something unusual it's like a Starbucks energy drink yet they are ALWAYS out after a while the supply chain is an excuse other places aren't having half the issue this ONE Sheetz has.
Why wasn't my steak sub toasted? I understand y'all busy in the morning, but you couldn't TOAST MY SUB? Nor actually place my mobile order on the staging area for the mobile orders, yet y'all could place my order behind it where one could only see it after walking up to it? Considering I never heard it called out, I wonder how long it was actually waiting there before I realized. And how about the refrigerated merchandise that was out on a cart to be stocked, but wasn't actually being stocked? How long y'all gonna let that sit at room temperature?
