Believe it or not, we had never tried a chicken sandwich from Popeye's before. I must say, it was amazing. The chicken breast was large and crispy, and the Brioche bun was buttery and soft while still holding the sandwich together. It comes with mayo and pickles, but they now offer the option to leave them off for those who don't like them. When the sandwich arrived, it was not overly adjusted due to high sales volume. For those who enjoy Chick-fil-A's pickle-infused flavor, this might not be the sandwich for them. Personally, I enjoy both and would be happy with either. The price points are similar, with the Chick-fil-A sandwich priced at $3.75 and the Popeye's sandwich at $3.99. The larger portion size of the Popeye's sandwich more than makes up for the slight cost difference.
Just serving up the most delicious, light options and sweet tea at this Popeyes. Excellent service as well.
