What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
One employee was helpful and friendly the other acted like she hated her job and didn't care.....they messed up my sandwich and I ate it anyway and it was stale to boot.....the woman before me had a messed up order as well......the syrup was out on the drink I wanted and a tray full of dumped ice from other customers who were grossed out by the taste of it.... one of the ketchup dispensers were broken and krusty....o... I have seen some bad reviews at this point, but honestly the bathroom was clean, my original reason for stopping, and the burger I ordered was a solid McDonald's Burger. The girl behind the counter that gave me my order and drank was polite. Really, nothing wrong with my visit, and for McDonald this is all I ask.
The manager there was so patient and respectful. I think her name was Ms, Dodie. Someone I had a big order and friends were confused while in the drive-thru. Most people in the a.m would have been rude. Ms,Dodie, however, was not only patient, but got the order to the T. She is a real representative of an employee who not only takes care of the company but especially for the customer. Ms. Dodie did my morning for everything I was going through. So to Ms, Dodie at Zion's intersection location. It is a Mile High Meringue a great thank you.
I think it's a great place to drop in and to enjoy good services.
Its the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to we had to park and wait ten minutes then as soon as we got our food they left out two of our orders ....
Fast friendly service. Fresh warm food. Will be back.
