Il Castello Italian Rest Pizza

We moved to the area a few years ago and this is our favorite place. Do you want pasta? You have everything. You want a sandwich? You got him. Pizza? Everything you want. The desserts are also amazing. The garlic knots are addicted. Your house made salad dressings have you swear the things you get from the grocery store for the rest of your life! Great staff, good service, good food. Entry or exit does not matter. If you find yourself in the area, you have to pass.

I waited about an hour for my food and ordered an Italian sub along with a soup special and a grilled cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, the soup was barely warm, and I didn't receive the grilled cheese until I'd almost finished the soup. The grilled cheese was priced at $7.99, which caught me off guard since the children's menu featured a grilled cheese with fries for only $4.99. The sub was also served cold and not dressed properly, leaving it greasy. Despite the fact that there were hardly any customers when we arrived, others who came in after us received their meals before we did. The server seemed more focused on attending to their acquaintances rather than providing good service to everyone. I do not recommend this restaurant and have no intention of returning. The service was poor, and the prices were too high for the quality of food we received.

Nothing fussy, only really great food we love the pasta dishes and always leave satisfied (and with residues)! Love their scratches made salad dressings too.

The food was prepared with canned mushrooms, not fresh. He was waiting for two pizza pieces for 35 minutes. Would not recommend this place.

We visited this cute little restaurant mid-week during lunch hours. The decor is really cute. Very well decorated dining room and ambiance. The host/manager or owner was super sweet and we chatted for awhile (PS THEY ARE HIRING. If anyone is looking for a nice place to work, please apply! . Our server was ok. She did not talk much or smile, but she was very busy as they are short staffed. The food was wonderful and my aunt said her eggplant parm sandwich was the best she has had. I give this restaurant four stars simply because the pizzas (meals for my cousin and I came out a good 20 min before my aunt's sandwich. We had to ask our server twice where her food was. People that came in after us received their food before my aunt did. Once she did receive her food however it was absolutely fantastic. This seemed like a fluke. My family does plan on going back and overall the food was really great.
