What Etha Dach doesn't like about Burger King:
I've stopped here twice on my way to the mountains within the last 3 months. Building on the outside looks damaged in certain spots. Trash cans were all full and over flowing with trash. The speaker where you place your order is in need of repairs and updating. Dining room was closed because of covid which is understandable. Parking lot needs attention. Order was correct buuuut my burger was cold. View all feedback.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant's drive-thru on 9/25/23 at 1:47pm. The lady working there was very rude, sighing and scoffing when taking orders and practically yelling when customers tried to add more items to their order. The staff could use better training and should be more respectful. Overall, the service was lacking with a rating of 1, and the atmosphere was also rated as a 1. The food received a rating of 4.
It's 8:50 pm on a Wednesday night and the doors are closed. I assume they are closing early.
Although the restaurant was understaffed, my overall experience was positive. Unfortunately, they were out of buns for the burgers, so I had to settle for something else. It didn't quite meet Burger King's standards, but the hardworking staff made up for it. A couple of years ago, I may have given them a lower rating, but the service made up for any shortcomings.
The cashier handled money before serving the French fries without wearing gloves.
