We had ordered 4 pizzas and a salad online at 18.15. It should be delivered at 7.30. At 20.00 we asked by phone. The employee on the phone was stressed and unorganized. And then assured us that our food is already in delivery. (The route is about 5 minutes walk) At 9 p.m. our order has not been delivered yet. Now I called the order. And again on the phone I was assured that our order is already on the way. With a little surprise... I'm sorry, after just about 3 hours waiting time, no surprise will help. Not for the reduction of 1st demand, because our order is already on the move! Besides, the boss always talked to me. Customer-friendly goes differently! I am sure I understand the current situation with many guests and also like to buy a waiting period, but I am very unknown. And if the organization does not only work once when it comes to heavily frequenting, you should think about the administration. Because even in our last orders there were always small mistakes. Once the Burgerbunk was wrong, sometimes the pommes were already cold, sometimes the roasted potatoes burned, sometimes forget the pizza bread for salad, and in the past it was delivered with an hour delay, because the colleague probably had noticed the address wrong. I was never excited. But I'm not gonna sell me stupid. That was probably our last order. And lost another parent.
Hello I was recently in the lunch box and ordered two hamburgers and twice Pommes point for both together I paid 15 €. In addition, the pommes were not salted, and the hamburger had neither or was not properly cooked. The Frikadelle on the hamburger was neither seasoned nor through,
For 2 scavengers with some spices above and a small part of Pommes 35€ I really find undamaged! The chipboard was so hard on the edge that you couldn't cut it. We picked up the food, didn't even have to be brought. That was the first and last time we had eaten there after the operator had changed.
After changing the operator no longer recommended. Higher prices for underground quality. Too bad, never again.
