Im amerikan... read more Wer ein günstiges Fast Food Restaurant sucht, ist hier richtig. Ob zum mitnehmen oder auch zum hier essen. Gute Pizza und Burger etc., alles lecker. Im amerikanischen Stil eingerichtet, mit TV.Prima, wenn man mal keinen Fisch sucht und etwas weniger Geld ausgeben will.Direkt an der Straße bzw. Flaniermeile...Parkplätze nicht wirklich, höchstens kurz gegenüber beim Supermarkt.

The employee on the phone was stressed and unorganized. And then assured us that our food is already in delivery. (The route is about 5 minutes walk) At 9 p.m. our order has not been delivered yet. Now I called the order. And again on the phone I was assured that our order is already on the way. With a little surprise... I'm sorry, after just about 3 hours waiting time, no surprise will help. Not for the reduction of 1st demand, because our order is already on the move! Besides, the boss always talked to me. Customer-friendly goes differently! I am sure I understand the current situation with many guests and also like to buy a waiting period, but I am very unknown. And if the organization does not only work once when it comes to heavily frequenting, you should think about the administration. Because even in our last orders there were always small mistakes. Once the Burgerbunk was wrong, sometimes the pommes were already cold, sometimes the roasted potatoes burned, sometimes forget the pizza bread for salad, and in the past it was delivered with an hour delay, because the colleague probably had noticed the address wrong. I was never excited. But I'm not gonna sell me stupid. That was probably our last order. And lost another parent.
