What Carl Leos dislikes about Cherry Patch:
This morning, my brother paid cash for $5 worth of fuel at a gas station. Despite only pumping for approximately 3 seconds and stopping at $0.50, he was unable to get a refund from who he believed to be the owner. Frustrated, he left. This morning, my brother paid for gas in cash, only giving $5. He started pumping gas for about 3 seconds before stopping the pump at $0.50. When he tried to explain the mistake to who he thought was the owner, he was met with suspicion. Frustrated, my brother left without resolving the issue. I went back to the gas station to find the pump still running.

When I visited the store, I saw that pump #2 had a total sale of exactly $0.50. I made a purchase and showed a picture of the $0.50 fuel sale to the cashier so the error could be corrected for the next customer. However, the cashier showed no concern or apology, and simply said she couldn't do anything about it due to technology limitations. This lack of customer service and poor attitude left us feeling disappointed.
