Contribute FeedbackBacco, My husband and I stumbled upon Bacca early afternoon and went back for dinner. It has to be the most romantic view . I felt like we were in a Jimmy Stewart movie, the view excellent red wine. I had the veal ravoli, jim had the gnocchi. It was some of the best ever. Alex, chief was personable and then desert came and it was to die for. We are here 10 days and are going back for another wonderful dinner. The best and service outstanding. Try it...
I am just so impressed with this wonderful restaurant cuisine. The restaurant llocated at the Hotel is First Class thanks to the wonderful artistry of Chef and Owner Jose Luis and his staff. Jose Luis and partner Alejandra offer a menu that is full of dishes you would expect at any top restaurant around the world , but for prices you wont believe! Jose turns an expert hand in delivering his dishes so professionally . The fresh seafood and accompaniments are to die for. With a strong influence of the Italian and French you will not be disappointed. Dressed in chef 's whites including toque, the taste flavour and presentation make you feel you are part of a special restaurant as you gaze out at the sunset over Playa Madeira enjoying a marguerita or pleasant wine from a the selection under a star studded Mexican night. A must visit while in Zihuatanejo and you will make several trips back like me! Bravo my new friends keep up the reputation! Pablo from Australia , see you again soon!
I had the tuna as well, my wife some ravioli thing. Both were pretty tasteless. Decent service, though and a great view.
Our experience was not enjoyable, the food was not very good. We ordered tuna when it came it was cold and very tough, we sent it back it came back and I believe it had been microwaved to heat it up....... Which made it even worse, no one ate the food. The manageress gave us one free desert to compensate for the poor quality of the food! Even though no one ate their food it was still on our bill.
This restaurant consistently serves up some of the best cuisine, not only in Zihuatanejo, but anywhere. Our favorite is the pulpo a la plancha (grilled octopus), but every item on the menu is outstanding. We have been coming to Zihua for a number of years, and this is our first dinner stop. The views, particularly at sunset, seem surreal. The service is personal and attentive.
