Charming countryside restaurant located adjacent to the vineyard. Perfect for entertaining guests from abroad. We visited for a work function and returned a week later to catch up with friends. View all feedback.
What Chaya M doesn't like about Tishbi Winery:
Before Passover, we phoned ahead to inquire about tours and were told there would be one at 10am. However, upon arrival, there was no tour, just a tasting. The staff did not apologize for the misinformation. Shortly after, an Israeli woman also arrived, disappointed to hear the same. She expressed her frustration that despite calling ahead, the staff ignored her. She was angered by their attitude. In conclusion, the... View all feedback.
Always perfect vibe, food and a Wine Chocolate store to endure the journey. A must go!
HORRIBLE PLACE WITH EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. We planned to go to wine chocolate tasting there. Even though I called this place in advance to find out the details, no one mentioned that you have to register. When we got there of course there was no available place and we were told that we have to book in advance : We was told us by the winery manager, she started to argue with us and explain to us why we did not understand what we were told over the phone. We went to their next door restaurant. We had to wait an hour just to get a sitting place. There only reason we waited is that we were hungry at this point. We saw many other people complaining that they are waiting for the bill, other people were waiting for their order. We waited a long time for a waiter, and then we were told You should have the QR code printed on the table... . We told the owner of the restaurant what we experienced and he started to make excuses that he has no employees and that he agreed to receive a group in the restaurant that caused him problems and other excuses. He tried to make us happy, but it was like forcing you to agree with him. The food was reasonable. NEVER AGAIN TISHBY WINERY!!!
Don't miss the smoked Asado! Fridays only, 10am to 3pm. Winery not that interesting, but it is the only place to buy Valrhona
Delicious food, I second the recommendation for eggplant. Denis Fish carpaccio was excellent too. Unfortunately, as many others have commented, level of customer service far below even Israeli standards. This mostly appears to be a matter of insufficient staff numbers and customer service training they're not rude, if you can get their attention.
The chocolate and wine tasting is an amazing experience. We have done it 3 times already. Very recommended followed by lunch at Tishri restaurant. Ask for Grace at the visitor center. She is the best.
