I was a regular guest at this roastery known for its excellent roast lamb and pork. However, my recent visit left me disappointed. The lamb and pork roast I ordered seemed undercooked with an unpleasant smell and taste, it seemed like it was boiled instead of roasted. The skin was disappointingly soft and tough, lacking the usual flavor and crunch, and the meat was bloody. This marked a significant drop in quality and I hope the roaster will fix this problem quickly. Given this disappointing experience, I hesitate to return again.
