Good evening, we booked a room for two with separate beds in this hotel in advance, in fact we arrived, the lady in the booth (she seems to work in the ministry) said that there are no separate beds, do what you want, this is the first time visiting for a long time, and even the price it increased by 70 UAH. I used to recommend it to everyone, now I just can’t, there are many hotels in the vicinity with better conditions

The hotel is good, the rooms are excellent, the service in the restaurant is disgusting. With a friend, we ordered coffee and syrniki for everyone, they brought coffee to us, they brought syrniki to a friend (he had already eaten) and when he reminded me about my portion, they were taken out. It turns out you can’t ask, they won’t feed you. I left hungry and in no mood. No desire to return to this hotel. There are many other great hotels around.
