Zhōng Huá そば Jiā たかはし

This is a simple ramen restaurant, but I like the unpretentious vibe. They offer soy sauce and salt ramen with added chashu. Even though I'm not a fan of oily food, I was able to enjoy it without feeling overwhelmed. The restaurant is spacious and seems to have separate sections for groups and individuals.

The staff's customer service attitude was excellent. The tatami area was full so we had to wait, but we were greeted with apologies for the wait and seen off politely when leaving. It was a restaurant where I felt like I wanted to come back again. The tonkotsu ramen was also very delicious.
