The noodles are slightly soft, but you can also order them firm. The taste is consistently good.

All th... read more It was lunchtime, but the restaurant wasn't too crowded so we were able to eat without any problems. The menu was extensive and we had plenty of choices! All the rice dishes were made with Tsuyahime rice from Yamagata prefecture! However, the lack of parking spaces was a bit inconvenient.

I ordered the Chinese noodles and mini grilled meat bowl set, while my companion had the Sapporo Ramen. We had to wait a bit for our food to be served. The soup had a strong seafood flavor, but as I ate more, it became more and more delicious. The grilled meat bowl had a unique taste with ketchup stir-fry, and the rice was delicious as it was made with Koshihikari rice. My companion's Sapporo Ramen had a nostalgic miso flavor that we used to have at home. As we ate, the familiar taste became more enjoyable, making it a mysteriously delicious dish.
