When I came to eat last year, I felt the authentic taste, but when I tried it again this time, I didn't feel the same as before. Was it just a coincidence, that the aroma was weak, the noodles were watery, or the soup was bland? Even after finishing the meal, the buckwheat tea did not come out, and seeing that the restaurant was full with customers coming in one after another, I felt sorry for occupying a table alone and left without waiting for the buckwheat tea. It's a shame, but I don't think I'll be returning. Previously, I wrote that this is real soba. The aroma, cooking, and taste of the soup are well balanced. The buckwheat tea was also delicious and on the rich side. I want to go eat there again.
Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! I finally found it! This is the true soba noodles! I am amazed by the fragrance! The firm and sharp texture allows you to fully enjoy the soba noodles! My recommendation is definitely the zarusoba with grated daikon radish! From the vast private plantation soba fields of Mt. Tsukiyama, every step of the process is carefully controlled by one owner, showing their dedication and passion for excellence! Many people are moved for the first time by how delicious soba can be! Honestly, I was one of those people too! And finally, the "surprise" soba hot water at the end! This is not just leftover broth, but specially made soba hot water! It's thick and delicious, it's amazing! The panoramic view of Mt. Chokai from the full-length windows, with a vast countryside stretching out below! It's a luxurious experience to enjoy soba noodles in such a beautiful setting! This is the best place to eat soba noodles! No doubt about it! But honestly, I hope it doesn't become too popular and lose its charm! The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays and open from 11:00.
The soba noodles were delicious and I want to go back, but a round trip of 1000km is too far.
