What A G likes about Starbucks Coffee Tsutaya Books, Shunan City Library:
Friendly service and interesting regional snack like matcha scone. This Starbucks is connected to bookstore and library so has nice ambiance. Seems to be newly opened and is connected to Tokuyama train station so is conveniently located for transportation needs. I would like to visit this one again. Recommended View all feedback.

The ambiance is great,the staff are professional and the coffee is amazing. If you are in Shunan, especially on a rainy day, I'd suggest you go there.
