I'm updating this review because I received a call today admitting the mistake and issuing a voucher for the full amount. They didn't expect me to change my rating, just wanted to say apologies. So, for me, their service is now 5 stars. The errors have been identified and corrected. The food was also of good quality. I'll give them another chance next time.
