I made a reservation weeks ago with a Special request for Fondue (which they offer only on pre request). We arrived there and first thing: they made a mistake with the amount of people, than they told us no we did not get your request...for Fondue you can`t get it After a while the owner came and told us the same and left the table abruply. I spend one night here for a snow driving training. The service was super nice. Local food. The owner came up to our tables to welcome us. Overall positive experience

Classic traditional Swiss hotel with restaurant. Family run up to 6th generation. You won’t be disappointed.
Friendly service for a traditional snack/ lunch that was tasty but lacked imagination and creativity..
This is a hotel that is 5 stars. The staff are amazing, friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We had the half board menu and it was superb, well presented and delicious. The rooms are of a high standard with an alpine feel. Don't miss out on this jewel in the Engadine!
