Since our arrival at the station, we were welcomed with great professionalism: the transfer service with the electric minibus was comfortable and punctual (as well as the driver being super kind and welcoming). Check-in was quick and efficient, accompanied by a welcome welcome drink, the room had been taken care of in detail and equipped with every comfort. Special thanks go to the staff, who really deserve a mention: we have rarely found such impeccable service. Each member of staff was friendly, attentive and always available. We stayed for two nights, having the opportunity to try both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, both extremely pleasant and well looked after. The first evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and we were thrilled: the food was extremely good, prepared with care and ingredients of exceptional quality. I particularly appreciated the attention given to me on the occasion of my birthday, a surprise that I did not expect and which I appreciated very much. The morning breakfast also proved to be extraordinary, with top quality products: tasty fruit despite it not being in season and a wide variety of first choice. The location of the hotel is ideal: located in the center, it allows you to reach the ski slopes in just 10 minutes on foot. In conclusion, an unforgettable experience that we highly recommend! We can't wait to return.
