Enzian - Zermatt

Enzian is an absolute gem in the area of Sunnegga/Finding of cermatt, which recommends it very much. fresh delicious food, great outdoor terrace with views of the matthorn, very friendly staff and fantastic service they are thoroughly looked after. the rösti chicken burger and the carrot...cakes are absolutely delicious

We have been skiing at Zermatt for many years but this was our first visit to Restaurant Enzian and we will be returning! Stefan and Fabian, the owners are friendly and so hospitable. The food is traditional Swiss mountain food and so delicious and hearty....I enjoyed the homemade quiche with a green salad and my partner a chicken special with Rosti. We were seated at a table for six with two other twosomes that we enjoyed meeting and chatting to over our lunch. We were there on a snowy ski day but I am sure when the sun is shining the outside seating is fabulous with views of the Matterhorn. Be sure to make a reservation!

We have always been enchanted by the setting, the reception and the kitchen. Children are welcome, there are games available for them.An excellent address to remember!

Recommended by friends Zermatt we were in this ristò/chalet after a long walk to reach findeln (Zirmatt fraction.) we were two couples and all four we agreed to consider valid the advice received. Accommodation on the outside, good food, super rösti, dream view with snowy deer in front, umbrellas/telons to protect themselves from the sun if required, courteous and friendly owners. We will return with great pleasure maybe experimenting with winter and inside.

I was already in summer as well as in winter more paint in enzian. and I will definitely go even more times.The food is very good and the service is friendly and attentive.The ambiente is great and the view from the terrace is simply great.I can only recommend.
