Lot of vegan options, if you have cooking/microwave facilities even better. Most Coops are the only decently priced way to eat vegan in Switzerland. Has a selection of sandwiches and pre-made that don’t need cooking. Life saver for the money.

The conveniently located Coop market in Zermatt has a good selection of vegan/veg food for your stay in Zermatt. Bring google translate as most of the grocery items aren't labeled with english description or ingredients.
If they have a kitchen, they save themselves an ice cream charge and buy food from here to cook. the load is surprisingly cheap and has many vegan products! migros also has a good choice.
