The bartender was awesome, very laid back atmosphere. Nice fireplace, smokers lounge and a pool table.

We did not stay here but we definitely will the next time. We stumbled on this hotel looking around for the next time we visit Zermatt. The rooms are themed by air water and fire. The owners were great and hospitable. We stayed for a few drinks and pool!! imagine that a pool table, backgammon board and pin ball machines in a very kick back Harley Davidson memorable way. They have a smoke lounge and a very good selection of cigars to choose from. The hostess set my husband up with his cigar in the smoking room really nice. Definitely will stay here next time in Zermatt!
