The people who work in the restaurant are friendly but do not realize several elements on the menu are vegan marked. after the declaration that these articles are vegan, the waiter agreed to give us a table. the overall good was absolutely delicious and high quality. also the sweet assortment was delicious! they really know how to cook well. elaborate, but worth the tasty bites! if they are happy to educate, go here and enjoy a great meal!
I should have known that this place will be expensive. Japanese restaurants and the Swiss are not exactly a budget combination! that said we ordered a lot of vegan dressed from the menu and they were all really delicious and prepared for a high standard. service was also excellent. the restaurant is conveniently located in the center of cermatt and has many seats in the open.
I have been struggling to find vegetarian options, but I am thrilled to see that this restaurant offers a vegetable dish. The miso soup with mushrooms is incredibly tasty and has rejuvenated my body.
